what is the average cost and necessary parts for the average kit car?
i am not taking about a body kit, but a kit car. what does the average kit cost. i have all of the tools (or can borrow them), and with DIY paint. i am looking for a 1940′s style car, maybe a sedan. can you tell me;

Costs vary widely, as do the style and composition of kit cars. There are body kits that just add a different appearance to an existing car and cost a few hundred dollars, to complete, from the ground up rolling automobiles, ready to drop your engine and transmission in, and drive away, and these can cost many thousands.
